The Research Network

Numerous institutes from various faculties at Leibniz Universität Hannover and several non-university organisations from Hannover have joined forces. These include the Leibniz Institute for Applied Geophysics and the State Office for Geoinformation and Land Development of Lower Saxony. All those involved are researching the Earth system from different perspectives.

The FZ:GEO is recognised both at national and international level. Renowned scientists from different countries work at the research centre and FZ:GEO works with institutions worldwide.
One aim of the research centre is to deepen and expand applied research with industrial partners.
